If you are in bamView and want to use this feature:
"Add New Region to List and Start Consed"
which brings up consed on a region, you might have a problem if the
way you brought up bamView was by typing just "consed".

Instead, bring up bamView using the full path of consed, such as:
/usr/local/genome/bin/consed

Then you will have no trouble using this feature.
